It's MD Appreciation Week! What a great excuse to thank our Barbershop legend Alexander de Bruin for being such an excellent MD!
His unwavering knowledge, guidance and humour has truly made us the chorus that we are today. No Thursday night is complete without his off-the-cuff (albeit genius) musical tangents!

We have just finished an extremely successful LOVE TO SING course! We welcomed lots of new faces to learn a Christmas songwhich was new to all of us.
What a final performance - well done to everyone involved!

We were so lucky to have the amazing Chris Hann join us for a coaching session recently.
We worked on one of our new 8 part choral pieces and it was sounding fab by the time we were done.

What a weekend we had!
We were so pleased to come home with 1st place in the Barbershop class and 2nd place in the Single Voice Choir class at Bournemouth Performing Arts Competition.
What a lovely venue to sing in too!

Last night we were coached by the one and only Boo de Bruin!
Barbershop extraordinaire, quartet gold medalist with Avalon Quartet and recently on the International stage with Amersham A Cappella
Oh, and she also happens to be the wife of our MD!

We had the most fabulous night at the Old Court in Windsor last night, where we were honoured to be a part of our lovely Sue Duncan's SURPRISE birthday party!
Alongside a drink and a boogie, we performed 3 songs to Sue's lovely guests.
Must be honest, we're quite relieved it's over - keeping that secret was hard work!

We had a very successful day at Woodley Festival yesterday, where we took away gold models for both of our categories!
On top of that, we won the overall 'Best Choir' trophy - safe to say we couldn't be more chuffed!
Always a great day at Woodley.
